LINK Business & Personnel Services was founded in 1988 and built on a foundation of integrity, innovation, excellent service, and a genuine concern for people. LINK staff has worked with hundreds of companies throughout Mendocino and Lake counties to assist in successful employment.

While LINK enjoyed a solid reputation for quality, consistency, and unparalleled customer service, owner Rachel Peugh saw the opportunity to create specialized practices that truly catered to the needs of her clients and candidates. As a result, over the next 19 years, she would expand LINK into one of the Ukiah's largest and most respected independent staffing firms.
