On the application you have the opportunity to state your preferences for full time, part time, permanent or temporary jobs, shifts and hourly pay. When you have completed your application call 707.468.5465 to schedule an interview and bring the application with you.

  3. At the LINK interview, your employment history is reviewed. We try to get thoroughly acquainted with your past job skills and work experience. We may do reference checks pertaining to your past job experience. In the event you cannot make the first LINK interview, please call 707.468.5465. We will reschedule your appointment.
  4. Continue searching for work on your own. We are just one avenue for your job search. We strongly suggest that you continue your own job search after registering with LINK. We will call when we have a position that fits your qualifications and availability.

Appropriate Dress

Portraying a professional and mature image is vital to your job success. First impressions are a significant part of an interview with a potential employer. By dressing appropriately you are communicating that you are a serious, mature job seeker who will bring these qualities to your job.

Skills Assessment

Office/Technical Job seekers. As part of our interview process, a skills assessment appointment at LINK will be scheduled for verifying your office skills. The purpose is to qualify you for as many available temporary or permanent positions in which you are qualified. These tests are not a pass or fail. They provide us with a "measuring device" to help us fit the right candidate with the right company.

Blue Collar/Laborers are required to take a basic math assessment. In addition to the application, you will fill out an informational check-sheet which helps to identify what kinds of previous work experience or certification job seekers have had in using various tools and/or equipment.

Once you have accepted a job, you will need to complete payroll forms, be briefed by LINK staff on the tasks to be performed and be given information on:
